The popularity of programmes such as Great British Bake Off and Extreme Bakers as well as TV series by Mary Berry and Nadiya Hussain (and others) have reignited our love of baking but I frequently hear people saying they don’t know where to start with the decoration.
As a mainly self taught baker, I’d like to show others that achieving beautiful results is not difficult or complicated……it just needs practice and patience.
As well as offering private, 1-2-1 tuition which is ideal for anyone who wants to develop their skills in a particular area of cake decorating, I also offer classes which are limited to a maximum of 4 participants, ensuring everyone receives personal attention. Private tuition and classes are held in my home in Wyre Piddle, near Pershore, Worcestershire although on occasion, I may be able to offer a class at an alternative venue. The classes will run with a minimum number of 2 participants, where there is only one student for a particular date, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
